  • Unused Products: We accept returns only on unused products that are in their original packaging and condition.
  • Non-returnable Items: Used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Time Frame for Returns

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for unused items. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused
    • In their original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process for an unused product, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt.
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
